Nasty manager. Very rude and unprofessional. Orders are never right and the food never seems fresh! I would not recommend this location!
ordered 4 extra sauces not onl did we not get the extra that we paid for but we didn't even get what comes in the meals and look at the pic that's all the sauce that was put on my sandwiches and have been trying to call and no one will answer the phone
Why can’t this location get the orders correct??? They are the closest to my house but literally screw up every single order! I ordered 2 salads with extra dressing for each, and order of fries with no seasoning and a side of wimpy. I got less dressing than even normally is included, the fries were loaded with seasoning and I got tongue torch dipping sauce. It’s like it was intentional. The food is okay. We called ahead, told them the time we would be there. We arrived there on the dot. The order wasn't ready. They had taken it, but hadn't bothered to fill it. We were given a number, and to wait.Why offer a service, if you aren't going to fulfill it. Plus, no sauces were in our 20 pieces of chicken. Really disappointed with the service and staff inefficiency.
The food is great! But for the Love of GOD stop serving the tea while the local water supply is messed up! The tea still taste like dirt!!! Warn us!!!!
30 minutes waiting in drive thru for cold food!
This zaxby is terrible!! They are so slow. Over 30 mins just to get 2 kids meals.
I drive a big truck and every time I'm in Commerce I park at the T/A and walk down to get my wing fix! This last visit was pleasant. The cashier greeted me almost as soon as I walked through the door and took my order promptly (I usually get the 20 wings with teriyaki to go). The seating area was clean as was the restrooms. Easy access from I-85 exit 149. Plenty of auto parking, truck stop is a 3 minute walk away.
Wish I could give no stars!! Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru got home and the chicken fingers were burnt. Called the manager and he was rude and said he didn't have a district manager or anyone above him to contact.
