From the rude staff to the filthy tables and floors this place made a bad day worse. The girl who rang up our order acted like she didn't want to serve us. We had to ask for our cups. She rudely acted like we were asking her to do too much when it was pointed out the drink machine was not working. There was not a single clean table, I had clean one off. There was food all over the floor and the bathroom was disgusting.
Fix. Your. Road sign. I painted that mf with love, fix the letter spacing!!!! Lol.
Over priced for servings. Have to pay for condiments. Ridiculous
$26 and food that wasn't cooked properly and had to have a ridiculous conversation about what sauce comes with what meal (learn your menu if you work there)! So I pay 25cents for the extra ranch because Zaxbys obviously doesn't make enough money and then the woman at the next register gives away brownies because they were hard (so was the one you just charged me for)! I'd have asked for my money back, but I decided you can keep it as it's the last penny you'll see from us!
Second time I have gotten dinner there and ordered a large chicken finger plate only to have 3 little overcooked pieces of chicken! Ate lunch there with my husband the other day and the lady was cleaning out the gunk from the soda machine while she was gagging so loud i just couldnt eat anymore! Please hire more mature teenagers or adults that can give people with they pay for!!
Last night we orderd through the drive through got it home, which we live 5 mins away. I was about to open my zalad and found a baby scorpion crawling around. Took it back & nobody said i was sorry or anything they just offered to make a new one! No thank you!
