Order was supposed to be ready by 5:30. It was after 6. Never again
I understand it’s a Friday and your busy on Fridays but your kitchen employees really need to be replaced. 1) our food was cooked in OLD oil you could smell it coming out the drive through window and the food smelt so bad my child refused to eat it. 2) Did you even let the oil drip off before throwing it into a container?? They used to be good with customer service, I’m usually not one to complain because I work in fast food as well, they never make sure everything is in the bag and when you order it’s kinda like they aren’t paying attention because I make sure to say what sauces I want at the intercoms and yet it’s never in the bag. This is like the 5th time I’ve had sauces/the wrong food and drinks . It would be easier for everyone if it was check the first time.
just went inside! got 2 Cobb salads & my husband's salad had LESS than usual!! well the girl behind the counter was apologetic & very nice!! then the manager came over & said that was the normal amount! & said if we wanted more chucken.... then we would have to pay for it!!!! how rude!!! customer service was horrible!!!!! Will never eat there again!!!! truthfully the salad probably had 5 small pieces in it!!

After many failed attempts at online ordering, my family and I will not be back to this location. The order is never correct no matter how many times we've tried. Apparently customer service/satisfaction isn't a priority for this location and the food isn't good enough for us to continue wasting our money. After plenty of chances, we're done trying.
