Dirtiest Zaxby’s restaurant I’ve ever been too with the poorest quality in food. My Cajun club sandwich was prepared with uncooked chicken, no lettuce, and cold buns. We love Zaxby’s but the Monroe, Ga location is very poorly managed. We have given the drive through 5 chances now. We wait 10 minutes in one spot, move forward one car and then wait another 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes we leave because we haven’t even gotten to the speaker yet. Chick-Fil-A is really making you look bad. Get it fixed because we like our. Zaxby’s chicken better.
You NEVER know what they will be out of!! Very frustrating. We went this weekend and they were out of boneless wings. We have decided to give up on this location. Too many times of going and being told what we want to eat is not available.
The curbside. I preorder and paid for a salad. Coarse this was lunch time. But I check in 3 minutes before I was due to pick it up. I future order for 12:45. I didn’t get it until 1:06 pm. Also they gave me the wrong size drink. I order a 42oz. I got the 32oz. Kinda ruin my lunch cause I didn’t have enough to eat it. Would loved to have a refund and go over sonic. I know I would have to wait that long.

Spent $35.78 and got what sign said was shareable spicy mushrooms for $3.79 plus was charged $0.25 for sauce . Had 6 whole pieces and 4.5 little pieces , we each got 1.35 shrooms cause the small pieces turned out to be empty breading .. when I asked cashier if that’s what you get for $4 was told yes.
On lunch break grabbed a salad got all the way to Gentry to eat my salad and there was no dressing!! Called manager and she was rude. She said she’d give me a 10percent discount on my next order!!! Say what?!?!! I have no lunch now and when I order THE NEXT TIME I get 10 percent off!! Bull crap!!!!
