The wings had ZERO sauce, the fries had NO seasoning and the entire thing was cold. It was super disappointing. If I wanted naked boneless chicken wings I would have gone to Chick-fil-A. They at least give you a respectable amount of sauce.
I placed our order online and hour after it was suppose to be ready it is still not ready. I wanted to give this Zaxby’s one more try and I see there has not been any improvement since our last visit. We will NOT be back.
Their Sweet Tea is amazing!!! I'd take it over a soda any day. Their food is delicious!! And I truly can't stress that enough. Out of this world!!!!
For some reason there is always attitude behind asking for seasoning. This time a older lady in the drive thru (I think name started with an “S” )decided to lie and say that it was already in my bag while hanging me my bag but I knew that was impossible since the stash is not stored by the window at all . So lying to customer faces and not caring to give them what they asked for is unprofessional in a job that’s is so easy
bigger strips, get them at other zaxbys so why not here? dont skimp with half a handful of fries in the meals. all in all a disappointment
Came through the drive thru tonight ordered chicken tenders dipped in wimpy the chicken was dry, the fries looked like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for 8 hours. This is why Huey magoos in Loganville has earned my business.
went here for the first time today and will not be back. the chicken tenders were extremely dry and small and the coke we got tasted like water. raising canes puts this place to shame
This was my Big Snak. This definitely wasn’t worth the money almost $8.00. Scarce on the fries and the 3 chicken PCs were so small. Compare it to the fry next to it. Total rip off. Nothing like the other locations. And the chicken had a bad taste to it. It tasted like a cleaner was sprayed on it. I threw it out. The other locations food is plentiful, hot and great tasting.
