For some reason there is always attitude behind asking for seasoning. This time a older lady in the drive thru (I think name started with an “S” )decided to lie and say that it was already in my bag while hanging me my bag but I knew that was impossible since the stash is not stored by the window at all . So lying to customer faces and not caring to give them what they asked for is unprofessional in a job that’s is so easy
the customer service from the guy behind the counter very rude and not helpful at all

All the employees are wearing mask and gloves, and only one person is allowed in bathroom at a time. Then why is it, and I personally witnessed this, is nobody cleaning tables in dining room? I saw people setting and leaving tables, tables not getting cleaned and the next customers sit at the same table. Doesn’t this completely make all the other precautions unnecessary?
Don’t place an online order here until you see the drive through line and know it won’t be a 30 minute wait. They aren’t answering their phones during this time and the line is backed up out of their parking lot. You’re screwed if you place an order and just want somebody to run it out to you. By the time I’m able to pick up my order the food will be cold
never gets an order correct
While the food is fine, y’all need to put someone up front that doesn’t hate their job. My order was logged in incorrectly and was charged more but it was fine as long as it was replaced with the correct item. Your front dude looked like he was about to have a nervous breakdown. Take care of your employees. No one should look like they’re about to lose their mind.
Love the house salad and the Christian music they play.
Stay away from Zaxby's they gave me Food Posioning was Deathly Sick for 4 Days and they don't Care At All
