I love Zaxbys! This restaurant staff is always so friendly! Came here for my son's birthday and they gave him a free birthday shake! How thoughtful! You made our day! Will be back again and again!
The food is delicious, and any problems or concerns I happen to have are immediately addressed and fixed during the visit. Great customer service! And the store is MUCH cleaner than the other one in town.
It's hard to beat any Zaxby's. As always a very good choice.
worst food ever, my 2nd time to eat here, 1st time was eat in & chicken wings was ice cold, thought i'd give them another chance tonight & got chicken club combo. again chicken on sandwich was ice cold & the chicken only covered not even 1/2 the toast.. what a joke of a place this is to eat. i wont be back & will encourage anybody to go else where. even tried to write a review on their actual site but never could create an account cause all user names were taken.tried my real name then just started making stuff up, i guess t... read more
Tonight while my family and i were eating in the dinning room we kept being bothered by a CREEPY Old man making Ballon animals. It was fine to make the kids one animal before we ate. This man kept coming up to our table time after time after time. On top of the interruptions he talked to my children in a way that made me wonder if he should have be registered on a sex offenders list somewhere. The food was awesome!
