This is a poor excuse for food options.. The people that wait on you hardly care.. the will only get your order right about 30% of the time... If you get a To go order of will be wrong.. you can count on that...
they are rude and never take an order correctly. dont waste Your time going,here.

Absolutely awesome service and jarrod was amazing! Even came table to table in his down time and offered us mints and made sure we didn’t need anything!!
Poor service due to poor management I will not go back.
I don't think i will be back at this Zaxby's. Got all the way home to find that my grilled chicken was undercooked. One piece looked raw. Drove all the way back to Zaxby's and barely got an apology. They replaced my salad, but i had gotten it for convenience. It was definitely NOT convenient for me to have to load my kids in the car and drive 15 minutes back to Zaxby's.
IF they get your order correct the food is usually good. To avoid repeat visits in one night, double check your bag and your beverage.
