Not really sure why your nightshift employees are such jerks & want to short people on food & then act like they didn't know what they did when you come in to confront them. Tell your Sevierville location to get their shit together.
I got a card in the mail telling me to come in for a free nibbler to celebrate my birthday. I placed a large order, then told her I had this coupon for a free Nibbler. She said they didn't honor coupons, per the manager. Then why send me the postcard? I get food to go fairly frequently, but will not come here again.
The service sucks, the restaurant is dirty and people are waiting forever on their food! Last time for me!!!
We ordered online for a large party which was easy to do. Quick friendly service and the food was delicious as always.
Food looked nothing like the advertising. Came to us cold and was just not that tasty. Very disappointed.
