This is the 2nd time we have ordered a 5 piece tenders and we get 3. The others were supposed to be tossed in tongue torch and they were not. I don't know why we even continue to go here.
Everytime I come there is only one person on register. It takes 30+ minutes to get food and half the time it’s wrong. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes. My order is 32 and they got to 37 before I had to asked where our one plate is. Then when we got it the fries were cold and burnt.
My daughter and I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before we were able to order. I would of backed out and left if I hadn’t of been blocked in. Sat 10 more minutes to receive our food. When we finally were served, my chicken was lukewarm, I didn’t receive my 1 Zax Sauce and my fried cheese bites for my daughter were cold and dry. The quality was terrible for the price I paid.
