The restaurant was very dirty! Tables were not clean, trash on the floor. Stuff in my drink from dirty ice. Very distressing experience.
The hardest thing to do is find somewhere to park, Everything else is fantastic, Wings and things is my favorite with tongue torch sauce and ranch dressing. Their employees are always friendly at the Franklin Square store in Gastonia, I have never had a problem with them in any area food or otherwise. Keep up the good work Zaxbys and you will have me coming in for life!!!!
A great place for a variety of chicken dishes. They stay busy but the employees do a great job of filling orders quickly.
This Zaxby's can be a bit hard to find because it located in the back of the mall. The service is always fast and the food is good. Now in the world of fast food and chicken strips, I think they do a darn good job. The chicken is always well seasoned and not over cooked. This location in particular is consistent with the taste and quality and is one of the better Zaxby's I've been to.
Just left this business today at 2:30pm, tables were all dirty so I could not eat in, soda foundations were all out of items so no one could get drinks, drive thru was extremely slow and I don't think management was one site considering the lack of service and expectations given. No further business at this location!!
I was at the drive thru early today the customer service was great the food good and hot oder was on point the crew was great keep up the good work thx for the service!
The drive thru is wonderful, fast, but always curious. Once a week. OMG the zensational salad is to die for. PLEASE DONT TAKE IT OFF THE MENU....PLEASE!!!!! It's always fresh.
Great place when the food is not gone bad girls and guys up front are great management no so much Saturday we bought 3 meals to go and 2 had bad slaw it made my mom and husband sick and I have been to the Oxford store twice and they are giving me the run around every time they say that the district. Manager will call me and here it is 3 days later and still no call
We had the fried pickles today.Will never order them again.The texture of the breading was very bad.It would not be something we would tell our friends to try.Yuck is the only word I have for them. I would say go to Clarks Fish Camp and try how real fried pickles should taste.
