I go through the drive through services are quick and employees are friendly and polite .
Service is horrible and the food ALWAYS tastes like it is fried in old rancid oil and over cooked!! I don’t eat there any more and also advise others not to! Managers do not really care about customer service. They are only there to make that paycheck and socialize!!
Quality of Buffalo fingers on Buffalo Blue Zalad has gone down. Definitely not enough sauce & not crispy enough.
Good and Fair and treat people right
I love Zaxbys and I dont recall a time where I didn't. Sometimes they halfway do things like toss the food in sauce. Overall they do amazing
The food and service was great. The music was WAY too loud. You could not even carry on a conversation with the other person.
fried mushrooms are awesome and the chicken club sandwich is ridiculously good like a blt with really good chicken on it check for napkins and sauce before leaving the window
French fries were almost cold and very tough to chew. Drink machine spip out ice like a snow blower overrunning cup and onto floor.
