Beware this seems like a scam! We viewed a rental home with Jake last Thursday (3/22/18) (Marysville near golf course) and loved it. We applied Sunday online and paid $80 for an application fee but it was never ran. Our references, landlords and employers were never called and our credit was not checked as we get alerts on an app when our credit is checked. After we applied our phone calls and emails were not answered. We had a rental offer from another landlord and had been frantically trying to email and call Jake to see i... read more

I worked with Breonna, she is awesome! She really went out of her way to help my family find the home we wanted. She was always patient and helpful and always kept us updated on new rentals that matched our wish list. She was always on time too which I appreciated.
