Would give zero stars if possible. Possibly one of, if not, the worst collection departments I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was offered a settlement on my collection account, to which I agreed. I paid that off through the process of wage garnishment. Because of how the garnishment was set up, with my checks being sent automatically, I overpaid on my account with Z&S by a few hundred dollars to which they now owe me. They have a fraudulent collection on me from identity theft. I’ve sent all the paperwork, police report, EVERYTHING that shows it’s identity theft… they refuse to acknowledge it, or even respond. This false charge on my credit is destroying my refinance… they refuse to returns calls or acknowledge anything I send them!!!
