Matt, Misty, Nicole, and the whole staff there are a blessing. Everyone there takes care what needs to be done. If you have a family member there they are great.
My experience with Zarrow Pointe in Tulsa during my father’s final days was deeply upsetting and honestly traumatic. After concerns were raised about misinformation we were given regarding my father’s room and care, the administrator pulled me into a conference room and even interrupted a family member who was out of state and in the middle of an extremely important meeting just so she could address her own feelings about the situation. Old receptionist is rude and gives dirty looks
The staff at all the centers are so wonderful to talk to. The community is so diverse, lots of history here, unbelievable stories. The smell from the dinning room pulls you in. I would absolutely stay here.
