I do not make it a habit to complain online against anyone, but my conscience will not let me move on from my recent experience with this firm. Unsuspecting clients need to know what transpired in my case and the firm needs to review as well to prevent from happening again in the future - if they even care one bit. These are THE best franchise attorneys on the planet! As a new franchisee, we were being taken advantage of and bullied by our franchisor. Robert and his team stepped in, put them on notice, and got them to back down fast trying to micromanage and default our franchise. They were highly recommended by another franchise we know.
