I bought this pair of shoes at Zara on December 23. I only wore them 3–4 times within two weeks. I believe the material may be defective or poor quality because after just four wears, they have already torn like this.
I'm shocked with the worst service there, no one wants to take care of you, ask the girl upstairs to check the price for me , she doesn't want to, ask you go downstairs check for you, want the downstairs girl check for you, but she want you wait untill she check out for the customers behind me , but i was in line too. wrong sale stickers on the normal price items, this store if i can give it a 0 star or minus, i will
I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager who assisted me today. He became visibly irritated when he saw that I had missed the return deadline by one day and told me that this would be the “last time” he would make an exception for me. I apologized and explained that I had been in a car accident, which left me without a vehicle and with a broken wrist. I even showed him photos to be honest about my situation. Yesterday, January 14, we visited the Zara store in Halifax in the evening. We were shopping upstairs for my husband, completed payment, and then came downstairs to look for items for myself. I went to the fitting room before 8:45 pm (around 8:43 pm), but it was already closed.
