Nah the customer service at Zara is actually wild. I’m actually so annoyed, bought a hoodie, seemed fine in store. Next day I notice there’s literally marker scribble inside the hood like ?? had a very disappointing experience at Zara. I visited the store to return a pair of tights but I was informed that returns are not allowed for this item due to their policy — something I was not aware of at the time of purchase. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. The employee accused me of having the wrong item in the package, which was very upsetting and unprofessional. I bought this pair of shoes at Zara on December 23. I only wore them 3–4 times within two weeks. I believe the material may be defective or poor quality because after just four wears, they have already torn like this.
I'm shocked with the worst service there, no one wants to take care of you, ask the girl upstairs to check the price for me , she doesn't want to, ask you go downstairs check for you, want the downstairs girl check for you, but she want you wait untill she check out for the customers behind me , but i was in line too. wrong sale stickers on the normal price items, this store if i can give it a 0 star or minus, i will
