Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff are clearly irritated when you are purchasing or returning merchandise. It is actually unbelievable as I come from a retail background management and I’d fire the staff here in seconds. They look as if they would rather poke their eyeballs out than be of assistance. I’m Shocked that the management allows them to get away with this.

Nah the customer service at Zara is actually wild. I’m actually so annoyed, bought a hoodie, seemed fine in store. Next day I notice there’s literally marker scribble inside the hood like ?? Went in to exchange it and the cashier immediately had an attitude for no reason. Talking slick, acting like helping me was a problem. had a very disappointing experience at Zara. I visited the store to return a pair of tights but I was informed that returns are not allowed for this item due to their policy — something I was not aware of at the time of purchase. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. The employee accused me of having the wrong item in the package, which was very upsetting and unprofessional. I bought this pair of shoes at Zara on December 23. I only wore them 3–4 times within two weeks. I believe the material may be defective or poor quality because after just four wears, they have already torn like this.
