Easily one of my favorite stores to shop at in the mall. The layout is wonderfully spacious, which makes browsing the huge selection of clothes and accessories effortless and stress-free. The only real issue during my recent visit was the fitting room setup. Yesterday, around 2:18 PM, there was no staff member managing the fitting area. Customers were left to either scan down the row praying for drawn curtains or awkwardly call out to check if a room was occupied. Amazing service! I was looking for a dress for my upcoming trip to Niagra, but unfortunately it was sold out. The tall girl with the curly red hair was incredibly helpful and found me a really beautiful alternative that I ended up loving. She was kind, patient, and made the whole experience so much better. She definitely deserves recognition!
Disappointing customer service over a simple gift return I received two Zara shirts as birthday gifts, purchased at this location on July 8 and July 10. Unfortunately, they did not fit. Both shirts are completely unused, still have their original tags, and I have the official Zara gift receipts. When I went to the store, I was told they could not do anything because the 30-day return period had passed. Never buy anything from here take the advise
Saturday August 8th, store was absolutely packed all the registers up stairs were closed with a line up stilling waiting , go down stairs to even longer line up as well and just one cash opened! A few people gave up and dropped there items including myself and left I was about to spend $200 dollars but I don't have all day to stand there in a line, workers were just walking around ignoring it
