Food's Excellent Customer Service Needs Alot of Work The food at this restaurant is really, really excellent. I have had several items from their menu....dips, appetizers, entrees...everything was great. But the customer service on the other hand is AWFUL. The staff is rude and slow. They would rather chat amongst themselves than get their customer another drink refill or ask if anything is needed. I completely stopped eating in and switched to take out because of the rudeness.
