I just had Zap out to handle a termite issue . I have to say they were a pleasure to deal with . The owner came out himself and was very honest and helpful . Didn’t try to deceive me into needing services that I don’t . I would definitely recommend them to everyone . It’s very hard nowadays to find reliable and honest businesses but Zap is definitely one of the good guys !!!!
Response in less than ½ hour and service the next day. Our ant problem was immediately improved and within days, they were completely gone. And a very reasonable charge!

I hired another company to handle our tick situation in SJ. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money as after 3 treatments, we were still picking ticks off ourselves and pets. Spoke with Kurt at ZAP and he explained what we needed, what products should be used to help our situation and not harm the wildlife and plant life. Wish I hired Zap 20 years ago to control the carpenter bees and wasps at our farm house. They use pet safe repellent (not killing), it cost way less than I imagined, and it works. Thanks Raheem for suggesting Zap's solution to stinkbugs and Asian lady beetles. Will hire them for that in September. Thanks Zap.
