ZAP Pest Control has been so helpful to us over the past couple weeks via the phone, because we are nervous to have anyone come into our house due to the COVID 19 pandemic. We started out with hundreds of tiny ants and they were able to coach us to successfully exterminate the ants. John came out to my new home and walked me through each part of my house, showing me how he was treating to keep the pests away, and even gave me some tips for how to fix a few things outside to keep pests away. Professional, courteous, timely, and nice!!
We have used ZAP Pest Control when we had problems with ants, hornets, and carpenter bees. Every time we have had phenomenal service and the issue was resolved completely and safely (we have kids and pets). I HIGHLY recommend them!
John came out quickly to get rid of a hornets nest that developed in my overhang. The price was reasonable and he came back the next day to make sure they were all dead. Highly recommended!!
Prompt and professional. Spent time to educate about pest control issues without being condescending. Time will tell if their methods are effective, but so far I am very happy.
