I love my haircut! Olivia had quite a challenge, she had to fix the cut someone else messed up. She was very informative, explaining what needed to be done and how to accomplish our goal. The result: excellent! love love love it!
Horrid! They tell you if there is a problem just call and they will take care of it - don't believe it! Worst haircut and it only cost $50 for the pleasure
I was ecstatic to find CHRISTOPHER at the Ogden Ave location since i used to visit him at Downers! Christopher is the most amazing stylist that I have ever been to! He knows exactly what to do to make my hair beautiful with the amazing precise layers I love. I get so many compliments on my hair now and it's all thanks to Christopher! It's definitely worth the trip out to Naperville. I actually like the salon space better over there, and Courtney gives an amazing facial as well.
Pricey but good They are unbelievably pricey but they do a really good job. I wasn't satisfied with my color at all but the hair cuts are really great. You don't even have to see the same stylist every time because they all know exactly what you are expecting. (you've got to tell them though)
Tip Top Staff in every area. – I have lived in the Naperville area for 9 years and it took me a while to find this Salon. I tried many of the downtown Naperville salons and a couple salons on the Northside too, but I could not find a colorist who was conisistently good. The other salons may have been fancier, and not in a strip mall, but my colorist and stylist at Zano on Ogden are awesome! They have worked for the company for a long time and Zano does all kinds of ongoing training and as a result, my hair always looks great... read more
Great Salon and Spa – I have yet to find a place who does pedicures as good as theirs. It's kind of expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've also gone to their salon and have been nothing but satisfied with their services. I absolutely love this place!
Avoid going here! – It was my first time at this salon at Downtown Naperville location. I am not at all pleased with the service. I went in for a up do, the stylist dint do a good job at all..and the reception Ashlee is very bitchy and not cooperative.

Finally a great Salon and Spa – I was very impressed for the moment I walked in to the time I walked out the door. Very educated staff and great products. I will be back!
