My son is a new patient, and we have only gone for well visits so far, but everyone has been very nice. I chose a more conservative approach for his vaccinations, and the Dr. And NP were very respectful and helpful with such hard decisions, which I appreciate very much! Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I especially like the new office.
We've been coming to see Dr. Gupta and staff for 18 months now. The staff is great and fun and always show so much love to our child. They are all very caring and can easily get us in for an appointment when needed!! I always recommend them when anyone asks who they should take their kids to. Abby Luning
I have been bringing my kids to dr gupta since birth and I would never take them anywhere else. I call quite frequently with numerous questions and the girls that answer always are so helpful or if I talk to a nurse. dr gupta is an angel, when my kids have been the worse he always knew exactly how to hwelp them and get them feeling bettter. I have had very great experience with Dr Gupta so far :) Had a little confusion once with two different answers from nurses and doc called us personally to explain exactly what he wanted us to do and apologized for any confusion about our newborns jaundice. ..never had that. Ladies in office are all great an very friendly and helpful! And anytime we call for an appt the girl upfront that answers the phone is always so very helpful to get us right in.
