I was traveling from Springfield, MO to St. Louis for a wedding that evening when my debris deflector/skid pan fell down and was dragging under my car. Luckily I had just got into Rolla and googled a car repair shop where I found Zane’s. They got me right in and were able to secure it!! I was so grateful for the help and highly recommend them. They were so so nice, understanding, and got me back on the road within 20 minutes!

On September 15, 2017 I was traveling from St. Louis to southern Missouri. About an hour into my trip my air conditioning started blowing warm air. The temperature that day was in the 90's. Someone suggested Zane's in Rolla which I would be passing by on my trip. I called and explained my problem and he said I could stop right in. Had stopped in Rolla for the night and woke up to a flat tire with a piece of aluminum in it. On a recommendation I went to Zane's. They had me patched up and on the road in about 30 minutes. Great price and excellent service! Would definitely take my car there all the time if I was local.
Called for an estimate for a valve adjustment/oil change. Got a price of about $750. While Repairpal . com estimates a rough price of around $300... Ummmmm.... Something is very fishy about this. Then "Clark" asked me for a phone number without giving any reason as to why they needed it (and they should explain themselves because no one likes to give out their phone number unless completely necessary) Then proceeds to rush to end the phone call without even asking me if I had any questions, which of course after such a stick... read more

Lauren I am sorry we have had a misunderstanding. We do ask for a phone number during all of our calls to have a contact # with name and work quoted. I requested to see your car and listen to the issue in order to confirm what work is needed. We perform a Courtesy Check for all vehicles brought in our garage. THAT IS DONE FREE OF CHARGE.
