I have been in the park lately to help out my sick aunt. This place is a disaster! They have so many rules, but they are not being enforced. So far every week night at 16 Mohican Circle there are kids sitting out running a fire pit and seeing how loud they can talk. And I have heard loud music at that same tenant's. The manager needs to get up off her lazy ass and see what goes on here at night.
We lived there for over 11 years. We were never late with our rent, always kept our lawn perfect. For 11 years we put up with their stupid crap and all the crappy managers and stupid drama. Flooding that will never be taken care of, you have absolutely no evidence of having kids (unless your the RM). Street parking prohibited (unless your the RM again), common areas that are never cleaned up.
