They hike up your water bill and say, “ you must have a leak”. When you don’t. Management at least a year ago was mean, and intrusive. Would not recommend this place
Recommendedit is a really nice and quiet place to live .nobody both you .and the kids can play freely.everybody watches everybody.it just a very safe place to live.i been here for 4yrs now and not planning to go anywhere.love this place!!!!!!!!!
I can give many reasons reasons not to move here in this trailer park. Management needs to be severely replaced like NOW. They dont know how to treat anyone with respect let alone run a business. Where does the lies and stealing end ? My family and i are glad to be away from trailer park queen and her son who hurts children . Before you move here or anywhere do your research leave no stone unturned keep yourself and family safe.
GET RID OF MANAGEMENT! She thinks she can run everyone's life there and say and do anything. You should never call someone a ignorant B---- or call someone a liar when in a management position. I do believe in rules and following them but this lady is out of control.
Management talks about everyone that lives here behind their back. Streets flood every time it Rains, no basketball court or swimming pool. We mind our own business I have 2 children my youngest daughter has down syndrome and this is her home, but the manager decides to tell another tenant she had an argument with that we are all trash and wants us all out and she'll do anything she can to evict people she don't like. But she should be smart enough not to talk about other tenants if it doesn't pertain to them.
This place any lower I would but I can't so 1 stars all the receiving the manager is beyond ridiculous and the trailer park its self is horrible. Trying to make Elder people go outside in freezing below zero degrees to power wash their trailers and expect them to clean up messes they create. Apparently all I do is cut through yards and break all the rules in the trailer park and yet all I do is sit inside and play video games in the rarely when I do go outside I take the road.
You receive notices to mow your lawn when the yard isn't even 4" tall and they give you less than 10 hours to have it mowed or they now it and charge you $50!! If that tells you anything!!
One star is more than they deserve this place is a joke I woldnt recommend at all the manager is very unprofessional and you can't speak to her without her wanting to yell and scream i would rather sleep in a tent before living here we get our trailer moved on the 22nd and the manager came up to my house calling me white trash I would stay far far away from this place for anyone about it
