I ended up buying a car From Zander Motors that I contacted them about. Alex and his brothers did a great job making sure that the car was delivered in excellent condition and financing was easy. Recommend to all.
The ONLY reason I give 4 stars and not five is that I have not pursued the vehicle further since the dealer contacted me. I'm not sure when I can get to Sacramento to test drive. :(
