Absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived to the dealership they pulled the vehicle out for us and allowed us to go on a test drive alone! Non-pushy and extremely respectful. Took the time to explain everything. Vehicle was extremely clean and in better condition than the ones we had previously seen. Most of all they took the time to sit and talk about non car related topics (family, work, and business ventures, etc). Clean dealership and amazing family atmosphere! We love our vehicle!

Fumbled transaction!!! Ultimately, I purchased Zander Motors vehicle but not after several faux pas. We had appt with dealer to view the vehicle, yet they began negotiations knowing we were literally 'around the corner'. We drove 80 miles to come see this vehicle. Dealer then asked us to wait...INCREDIBLE!! When deal fell thru they offered to us. Dealer made good by driving vehicle to us (traded-in another vehicle). Pleasant experience without the ordinary pressure of purchasing a used vehicle. Very friendly sales staff!
It was horrible. I asked about to negotiate the price and can be match price. They said will price match and I sent the info. They said look into it and never reply back. I msged couple 3 days later for follow up. No response. I finally checked their website and it was sold. I understand that if they don’t want to sell it to me, that’s fine. However, it’s courtesy for them to reply back and tell us it was sold. I’m working in the health care so I’m quite busy and random schedule, too.
Fast email response from the beginning was able to get to look at the vehicle. Very friendly right when we walked through the door. Fernando was very professional, but with a great sense of humor. I will do business with them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
