About this business
Our hand-tossed pies are baked in a 900° wood oven. Our chefs then top them with organic ingredients, local produce and imported cheeses. Local favorites are the Truffle Pie with tartufo, potato, pancetta, rosemary and egg; the Standard with pomodoraccio tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil; and most of all - our Crab Dip. Everything is cooked to perfection 100% in our wood fire oven.

Was disappointed. First flies flew on our food, then a bug crawls out the food when the waiter brought it back. The person I assume was the manager came out and apologized for the flies but wasn't made aware of the bug (which the waiter saw herself) then although she gave us that meal on the house when they brought it out the fish was literally dripping in grease and wasn't fully cooked. I WOULD NOT VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. I don't know how true these other reviews are besides the people were kind, nothing else here was good.
The food was outstanding. My only minor complaint is based on asking our server what varieties of scotch were available. She didnt really know and went to check . She came back with a list of three or four. I placed an order and then walked up to the bar to discover there were several other choices including one of my favorites. I changed my order. As I said, this is minor but a whisky list or making sure the servers know what is available would help.

Best bananas fosters I've ever had!! And delicious pizza!
FIVE STARS, Y'ALL. This place is outstanding. Our group was visiting Rockwall and we stumbled on Zanata walking around downtown. We came in after lunch for dessert and the bananas foster left us breathless. We loved it so much, we came back for dinner and enjoyed the best pizza we've had in ages and ANOTHER bananas foster. This place is pure magic.
As always, Zanata was great! ��Can't wait 'till next time!!!
