About this business
Our hand-tossed pies are baked in a 900° wood oven. Our chefs then top them with organic ingredients, local produce and imported cheeses. Local favorites are the Truffle Pie with tartufo, potato, pancetta, rosemary and egg; the Standard with pomodoraccio tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil; and most of all - our Crab Dip. Everything is cooked to perfection 100% in our wood fire oven.

This establishment was remarkably commendable, almost to an extent that my presence felt nonexistent. The interior atmosphere of the establishment made me suspect that I was all the more absent. Although the provisions hail from a more Italian/Mediterranean abode, I will say with high regard, the most elegant of entrées gave off a vibe of simplicity, as if you were consuming a home-style East Texas cheeseburger with mayo and no Tomato and a side of sweet potato fries. The crab cake was out of this world!!! � Yummm! And the salmon incredible!
Our first meal with Zanata was completely amazing. We ordered the roasted chicken, pork chop, and grilled salmon. Each meal was on point- no complaints or critiques (and that never happens in this family). The chef knew exactly what he wanted to achieve and executed it perfectly. We will be back, no doubt about that!
Excellent food and awesome waiters. The steak Diane was very good.
