Very poor experience. My wife's nails came off within 1 hour of application. After calling the establishment to see what they could do, they said they would re-do them. Upon calling the next day to come in, they changed their mind and said there was nothing they could do. Would highly not recommend.
I’m not one to leave a bad review for no reason but the customer service was sad. I have had Gel X nails several times before so I got them done here. Everything went well and I liked the design. But within an hour 3 nails popped off. By the end of the night all of them were gone. I had a weird sticky residue left on my nails. We called to ask what we could do about it that day. I love this salon! They are very efficient, clean and kind. Their pricing is reasonable and reflects their great work.
I went here for the first time and I am very happy with the work that Emily did - she matched it right to the inspo pic! Even with the cat eye and designs, it was quick and came with no hidden costs.
