In 2008, after totaling her car in an accident, my sister and her sons found a truck they really liked at Zams. She put 4k down on an almost \$8000 vehicle, so some one please explain to us after looking over her contact that she owed over 10k on this truck. Then after not being a MONTH late, Varsha decides to have the truck repossessed, only allowing my sister to get the truck back after we paid her \$1000 dollars, which we are just finding out DID NOT go towards the truck at all. this is the WORST place to buy a car..all their cars are junk...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...THEY ARE BIG LIARS. WHAT LOOKS GOOD IS REALLY NOT GOOD AT ALL.. ALL THEIR CARS ARE JUNK..
Since I last wrote a review regarding Zams Used Cars it seems that they have done their best to correct my granddaughters lemon she bought. I am glad they are trying to work with my daughter on all the problems she has had with this car. They are doing all so far that we have asked for. Just talk with them before you finalize your deal and be sure it is all ok. I would recomend them for used cars. They are doing everything we have asked.

Hey Guys, Jay and his team are nothing like these people claim. They are good honest people and given the chance they will prove themselves to any body. Remember the people who wrote bad reviews want to drive a car for free. Even the big companies wont let you do that..dont believe me ask around. We have bought several cars from them and they always treat us right. Go by the lot and if you do things they right way they will treat you the right way.
