I have purchaseD a total of three cars from Zam Used Car and I was helped at a time where my credit was challenged so when Zam helped me, I always returned to keep this guy in business. Ive read the current reviews regarding Zams and wanted to give my personal experience also. I have dealt with both Jay and Ali and find them to be fair and helpful. I and my family have purchased three cars over the last three years from Zams. The first car was for my daughter and it did have a minor problem which was repaired at no additional cost on the date set with the mechanic. We had no problems afterwards. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. These are the most rude people in the world. They charge high rates, charge fees that has nothing to do with the purchase of a car and they scam people anyway they can. In the beginning, they will act like they want to help and that they are willing to do whatever to get you approved for a car but once its done and papers is signed, it is hell from there. Buyers beware of Jay and his fat wife Versa. He says one thing to get you to buy and she does not honor his agreement. Do not use a payment plan. If you Fed Ex a payment that is delayed with a tracking number, they will Repo your car the 1st day after due date. She is nasty and will lie about anything. Dont buy any used cars from this dealer. They sold my daughter a lemon. Four hours after she purchased it it fell apart. They will do nothing about it. NOTHING!I have spoken to my lawyer friend and unless you contract my daughter and tell her you will fix her VW Passat lemon you sold her yesterday, June 30th you can expect me and several of her friends to be out front of your lot with signs, and yes I will get a permit to do so. Just to let you know in advance.
