If it was possible to give this place zero stars I totally would. When I decided that I didn't want the car I got due to so many mechanical issues it had they proceeded to try and bully me into keeping the car and say I wasn't allowed to return it. And it was way within 30 days. Lemon law. They tried to charge me money for them to take it back. This was not ok, so I had to get a lawyer involved and a friend from another dealership. I went in here yesterday to buy a car. I was shown 3 or more vehicles with the check engine light on. We sat down to purchase a car. I already filled out the application online. They made me fill out another application. Then...they preceded to ask me for $1,500 down payment. They wanted to hold the title to my current car if I paid the down payment in 30 days. It was a nice thing they did but they really should put all of their rules and restrictions like if theres a limit so that when you get there you're not surprised also there was a lot of nice staff but some of the people made us feel like we were not welcome because of the type of people we are. If you only want a certain type of person to come to your event maybe you should put that on your site as well. Some staff made our group feel like we should not have been there.
