My aunty and I went to carousel and she was grabbing to pick up her ring under Joan, the sales lady kept insisting that the ring that they pre ordered was not in the system even when she handed then the receipt. Accusing my aunty of being suspicious for a $2900 ring order and kept questioning the payment even with proof of purchase in front of them. Got to Zamel’s Cannington from work about 5.24pm. The ladies were still inside packing away and had already closed the store and yet another jeweller not more than 100m away was still open. I drove 20 min to get to that store and yet they close earlier than the indicated 5:30pm. I was going to ask for a refund and it shouldn’t have taken a long time to do if the store had been open.
