Okay! I walked into the store the other day just to look around and the lady (the beautiful kind lady, i am sure she said her name is Charlotte, sorry if I am wrong) she went through almost the whole shop, talked me through lab grown diamonds, natural diamonds and other stones! Lemme try them! I don’t look like I can afford anything 😆 so usually people would just be like “yh these are the items and not really care to talk through”. She was different! Great help at Zamels for a quick fix as I left my rings at home and felt naked without them. The staff very friendly and helpful and it took no time to get all finger blinged!

I purchased 2 rings yesterday at the rundle mall store, one was a loveheart link ring 60% off and $19 and the other was a crown ring 60% off and $39. I was told neither rings will turn my finger green, before I'd even finished shopping at rundle mall, the crown ring was already discoloring my finger. Very disappointed especially considering the one that's turning me green was twice the price! The lady who served us was great. Just a real shame about the ring quality.
