5 staff is always very helpful and understanding . Going to the dentist for most is dreaded. But going to dr. Z's office is not scary at all . My teeth never hurt during or after my appointment . I Actually enjoy my dentist appointments ! Only dr office where you don't have to wait to be seen . You are taken back to your Chair on time !! This is a plus !! :)

I give them a 5. I knew at every moment what was going on. Everyone was so nice. I would refer anyone to go there.

I have always have had good experiences with the exception of my last visit - I was referred to a specialist for a concern, which is fine but instead of the appointment being I was given my X-ray and a piece of paper with the Dr's name and address - any other time that I have been referred to any other professional the referring office made the appointment while provided all the medical information needed. I truly felt that I was being rushed out of the office and for the first time not treated as a customer.

As always, fantastic staff and Dr. Z is amazing. Friendly, caring, and professional. Best dentist I have every gone to.
