Everyone in your office was extremely polite and took their time to review my needs. I was impressed with the amount of time they took with me and how detailed their plans for my care would be. It's pleasant to finally find a dentist who puts their clients needs first. Thank you!
Your fees changed. I now have a copay for cleaning. Although it was explained to me (sort of) I wish I had known ahead of time. What if I did not have the money at that time? Also I had no idea I was an out of network patient. I did appreciate being given a 10% discount. Also, you had no electric toothbrushes after it was promoted by your hygienist. It's really ok but I think she was embarrassed. Overall, it was a good experience.
I always have been treated great and enjoy my visits Laura my hygienists always does a great job and DrZ always in a great mood everyone makes you feel like family !!

DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE FOR ME MADE EASY!
Been a patient for around 30 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I live in Pittsburgh and make the trip to Wheeling; even when I lived in Philly, I scheduled appts. on trips back home to the Ohio Valley.
Just like family. Best cleaning I have ever had. Best technology in the valley.
