We had such a wonderful experience with Deirdre at Zales Outlet! From the moment we met her, she made my wife Enid and me feel completely comfortable and never pressured. She was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely took the time to get to know us. We even ended up talking about different local places, which made the whole experience feel much more personal than just shopping for jewelry. I went into zales to buy jewelry for my mom and Deirdre was so helpful in making a decision. She got me a great deal and was super kind throughout the whole process. I got to know about her wonderful children while chatting and making a decision
Mikayla was so helpful. This store was the cleanest out of all the jewlery stores in the outlets. The jewlery was beautiful.
