The staff were absolutely amazing in helping me pick out an engagement ring. Ms. Hosai helped me and was fantastic. From the very vague idea I had she was able to come up with multiple options and show them to me, going over them one by one and helping me pick out something perfect, while well within my price range. I didn't feel pressured to get a bigger or more expensive item at all, overall great experience.
