Stones wouldn't stay in the setting! When my husband finally bought me the ring I've been wanting for quite some time I was thrilled! However, 2 days later the stone fell out of the setting (thank goodness I found it)! He took it back and had them reset it again. Again it fell out. Finally we just gave up and took it somewhere else and they did an excellent job and it's still in after 3 years! Maybe I should send Zales this guys phone number!! PROS: Great Quality Diamonds, Great Prices CONS: Settings don't always set right!
i have had very great experiences with this store.. and sorry to the lady before me, but there is a 30 day return policy (but that is typical everywhere!) The Zales associate I worked with was great and very helpful too! she helped us fnd our wedding sets, and all our bridesmaid gifts too!! The people are genuine and so so so nice!!
I purchased a ring from this store in Dec 2008, it is now 03/24/09 and I have had two diamonds fall out of my fing. I contacted the manager at the store and was adv that I can not for any reason return my ring and get my money back! Why would I want to exchange a $1200 dollar ring for something else that would be the same quality! I bought it on sale for 700 and just want my money back!
