I bought my wedding bands from zales. My band has lost 2 stones in 6 months. I went to go pick up my ring today, just to find out they were closed. there are hours posted that said they close at 7pm, I was there at 5:30pm. I am not happy with zales!
Recommendedprice and product were accurate
Went to exchange earrings that we used some coupons on. Chose new ones that were the same original price but they wouldn't honor our coupons that we used the first time so we would have had to pay full price for the new ones! Called customer service and they said they would speak to the asm who "helped" us and would get back to me and they never did! Super frustrating and we won't go back!
