Poor customer service experience at Northwoods Mall in North Charleston, SC . Paid for a ring for upcoming wedding and was informed at pickup - at last minute that it was not correct size that was requested at point of sale.
Pe’ton was wonderful today! She was able to find paperwork that previously no one in the store was able to find and very kind. She took her time answering questions and I did not feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs! ❤️
