After reading the reviews Im a bit disappointed. Visited this location in hopes to buy a special birthday gift. Went at a respectable time (between 2-3pm) hardly any guests, walked around without being greeted. Took some time for someone to ask if I needed help, explained what I was looking for and employee walked away. There was another couple in the store, employees barely conversed with them as well. My experience with Tia Clark was exceptional. She took her time and went through all the details about the warrantee and policies that were available to me . Her knowledge of the information made the entire interaction very pleasant. Overall great experience . Will be coming back for future purchases.
