I received a birthday gift from my mom of a diamond cross necklace. I take accountability and broke it the first time. We took it to Zale’s to fix it. After we got the necklace back and I wore it a couple hours after receiving, it immediately broke again. We took it back to them to get it fixed AGAIN and are looking forward to see the results hopefully it will be fixed. I also received diamond cross earring from sales for my birthday again this year. Zoe, was a delight to work with. They helped me find a nice gift!
Sales associates were very rude and no help. When we asked what we were looking for just pointed and did not help us for what we were looking for. They looked at us like we could not afford anything. We then went to the zales location at tanger outlets where we had an amazing experience and was able to purchase our engagement ring. The north woods location is a ONE star.
