I received a birthday gift from my mom of a diamond cross necklace. I take accountability and broke it the first time. We took it to Zale’s to fix it. After we got the necklace back and I wore it a couple hours after receiving, it immediately broke again. We took it back to them to get it fixed AGAIN and are looking forward to see the results hopefully it will be fixed. I also received diamond cross earring from sales for my birthday again this year.
