I ordered a watch online. The store kept telling me it didn't come in and would not help me find out any information about where it was. Customer Service is an hour wait on hold and outsourced to India. Finally after two weeks of fighting with both I got someone to get off their lazy butt and check into it. We have always gotten great Service from Zales in Lawton. We have always been treated so nice and find them so friendly and willing to help. Vera is one of our favorites. We have never had a problem with them. We have been going there for years.
Great service. Zales always put a smile on moms face...Thank you daddy. (rip).. And my man puts smiles on my face...every time he walks outside you're door..... thank you Zales....
They have horrible customer service ! They don't stand behind their product. $75.00 Persona charm and stones falling out in 6 months ! They said there was no warranty bought. ...it was a gift for me...I didn't have a choice to buy warranty !
