The employees of this particular zales are extremely unaccommodating to its customers. When going in for an inspection make sure they document your paper and in their computer systems. They do not give you the necessary information needed when asking questions or purchasing items. I do not recommend this particular store at all.

Zales In the mall in Lawton,OK has the most lame service and nobody knows what’s going on. I waited over 3 months for my husbands wedding band and ended up getting married without it with a loaner ring. Then still had to wait a month for his ring. Even though I paid in full with cash and had receipt for proof they always told me they couldn’t find my info in the computer.
