I purchased a ring in 2024 and I have been bringing it to this location to get it inspected and sent off for repair’s. The second time I brought it in to have it sent off to be fixed because it was I purchased a warranty for the metal in addition to the Zales diamond protection. Today I brought it to another location for repairs and inspection and they informed me my warranty was not valid because there was no record of when I took my ring in 6 months ago.
