Maria at Zales truly saved the day! I had lost a very special piece of jewelry and was hoping to find the exact same one, including getting the engraving recreated. I had already gone to two other Zales locations, but Maria went above and beyond to help me track down and order the piece I was looking for. Horrible customer service. My husband and I went in to purchase our ten year wedding anniversary upgraded ring. After spending hours there we were constantly told one lie after the other. First, it was oh if you purchase a ring online and you don't like it you can return it. Second, the turn around time is 4 weeks- we have already waited 4 weeks and now are being told that it could take 10 weeks. Theresa was amazing! I recently bought my wedding band thanks to her help! The engagement ring I have is part of the Disney enchanted line. There was no wedding band that was supposed to match the ring (the ring has leaves around the band). After lots of research, she found a band that might match my engagement ring and had it shipped to the store for me to try.
