I had such a great experience at the Zales in Mission Viejo! Both Maria and Lori made the whole process of getting my engagement ring resized so special 🥹 They were so very kind and genuine, and made sure everything was perfect. My ring fits beautifully now and looks amazing! I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. Kimber was amazing and helped guide through fixing the stones on my wedding ring. Ashten was wonderful as well and showed me some new rings while Kimber checked my ring in. Lori was so kind to tell me where it was possible to get some info on my engagement ring which was not purchased at Zales but was informative thank you to a wonder team for all your help.
Kimber helped me on the phone evaluate my situation of a ring that got smashed in my moving. She assessed my situation over the phone. Took the info and called me back after she could gather more info and met me at her store at Mission Viejo to help check it in.
