A great way to ruin mothers day of you but online! This store is fine and all, but for Zales as a whole 1 star. Ordered jewelry 2 and a half weeks ago with a guarantee that it would be delivered in time for mother's day and the day it was supposed to ship I get an email saying there's now a 2 week delay. Only compensation for that is a 10% off discount that I'll never use again since I'll never buy from Zales again. Kimberly was amazing and made this experience wonderful. She explained each ring I looked at and showed me different options based on what I was looking for. She explained the process, warranty, and if the ring needed repairs. She is a wonderful person and I would 100% recommend her and if I’m looking for rings in the future I will definitely be back to her!
