Very disappointing experience at Zales today. My friend and I came in to look at engagement rings and find out my ring size. From the moment we walked in, we were not greeted or made to feel welcome. The gentleman who assisted me barely spoke and made no effort to ask what I was looking for no questions about ring shape, band, style, or preferences.
