Lovely experience resizing my watch in a pinch when all other shops were closed for the evening. Customer service was so sweet. Miss Dayon was very helpful—highly recommend this location.
Cyané was super helpful. I had a ring delivered with a missing diamond, but was on a time crunch to have a resolution before Thanksgiving. She was able to process the return for an instant refund on my Zales card, despite customer service previously telling me that it would take a few business days for the refund to reflect on my balance. We ordered the replacement before I even left the store, and she didn't even break a sweat ♀️
