I agree!! the customer service rocks at this zales!! i went to kay's and they were so pushy, all they wanted to do was make a sale! I went to zales and they were so helpful, and patient with me! I will go back again and again for sure!!
This is the best ZALES I have shopped at. They have great service!!! Maybe the lady below was just a crabby snobby biotch.
Do NOT shop at this location!! I have shopped many times at other Zales locations, and have had nothing but great customer service. The experience with Zales Barton Creek has left me red in the face. They may have nice merchandise, however the staff is terrible!! I was given 3 different sizes on the same ring, from different employees.
